1. Services
Casa Power MX provides diagnostic and consulting services only. We do not perform physical electrical work. Clients are responsible for hiring licensed local electricians to carry out recommendations.

2. Payments
All services are prepaid and charged at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable once a session has begun.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.

4. Accuracy
Recommendations are based on the information clients provide (photos, descriptions, videos). Results may be limited without full on-site inspection.

5. Liability
Casa Power MX is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses caused by third-party electricians, electrical failures, or client misrepresentation.

6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal information and diagnostic materials are confidential and used only for consultation purposes.
