Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance at no charge.

Refunds

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: non-refundable.

• Prepaid services are non-refundable once the session begins.

• Multi-Property Audits are non-refundable once site inspection scheduling is confirmed.
